Reporting Problem

How to Report a Problem

It is generally possible for any individual to report an environmental problem to Somerset Council, being the body that is more than likely going to be the one that will have to sort it out. As with most things nowadays, reporting issues is best done online and the majority of the likely scenarios are likely to be covered by the following:

Highway problems (eg potholes, gullies, mud on road, street lights, pavements etc) https://www.somerset.gov.uk/roads-travel-and-parking/report-a-problem-on-the-road/

Footpaths/Rights of Way https://www.somerset.gov.uk/roads-travel-and-parking/

Dog Fouling (eg full bins) https://www.somerset.gov.uk/environment-and-food-safety/report-dog-fouling/

Fly-Tipping https://www.somerset.gov.uk/bins-recycling-and-waste/how-to-fight-fly-tipping/

If you would prefer that the Parish Council report an issue or are unsure what to do, please contact either the Clerk or a Councillor, (via Councillors page) giving as much detail of the problem as possible.
